Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the online shop www.nandalee.shop.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
Separate purchase conditions apply to the purchase of items.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding invitation to place an order.
By clicking the "Buy" button, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by a shipping confirmation or an explicit declaration of acceptance via email.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are stated in Euro.
For goods subject to differential taxation according to § 25a UStG, VAT is not shown separately.
For newly manufactured or non-differentially taxed goods, the statutory VAT is included in the price and will be shown on the invoice.
In addition to the stated prices, shipping costs may apply. The currently valid shipping costs are displayed during the order process.
5. Delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany and – if offered – to other member states of the European Union with a shipping service provider chosen by us.
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is generally 2–5 working days from receipt of payment.
6. Payment Methods
The payment methods displayed in the order process are available in our shop, including credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Shopify Payments, and other offered payment methods.
We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods in specific cases.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal.

8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Special Notes on Vintage and Second-Hand Items
The items offered are predominantly vintage and second-hand goods.
Signs of wear, age-related changes, patina, or material-related deviations do not constitute a defect, provided they are transparently described in the respective offer.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health.
In cases of simple negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations. In this case, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
12. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our data protection policy.
13. Online Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR):

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
14. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers residing in another member state of the European Union, mandatory consumer protection provisions of that state remain unaffected.
