How the purchase process works

1. Contact us

Send me photos and a brief description of your item by email to info@nandalee.shop or via WhatsApp to +49 162 8730914.

2. Initial Assessment

For a realistic valuation, I need the following information:

– Brand and model
– Condition (including any signs of wear)
– Age of the item
– Original packaging or accessories (if available)
– Proof of authenticity (if available)

3. Offer

Based on your information, you will receive a non-binding offer, which is guided by the current market value and the condition of the item.

4. Shipping & Payment

Upon acceptance of the offer, you will receive an insured shipping label. After receipt and final inspection, I will transfer the agreed amount to you via bank transfer – usually within 3–5 business days.

Originality & Ownership

I only purchase original luxury designer items. By selling, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the item and are free to dispose of it. Fakes or items of unknown origin will not be purchased.

Item Description & Condition

The item must be described truthfully and completely. All defects or signs of wear must be stated. Discrepancies between the description and the actual condition may lead to an adjustment of the offer or a return.

Offer & Final Inspection

The offer is based on the information and photos provided. The final purchase price will be confirmed after inspection of the original item. Should the actual condition differ significantly, I reserve the right to submit an adjusted offer or withdraw from the purchase.

Shipping

For accepted offers, you will receive an insured shipping label. The item must be packed securely for transport. Until final acceptance, the item remains your property. If no purchase is made, I will return the item to you free of charge.

Payment

Payment will be made by bank transfer after successful authenticity and condition inspection.

Exclusion

I reserve the right to refuse items without stating reasons, especially in the case of fakes, heavily damaged, or soiled goods.
