Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
on which you or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier) has taken possession of the goods, or
for partial deliveries: from the day on which the last goods were received.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter).
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments I have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me).
The repayment will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which your declaration of withdrawal was received by me.
For the repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.
I can refuse the repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is the earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to me without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform me of the withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Our vintage bags are provided with a seal of authenticity that serves to ensure originality and condition.
The statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected. The seal of authenticity may not be removed or damaged for inspection of the goods. If the seal is removed or damaged, this may lead to a claim for compensation for value, if a loss in value of the goods has occurred as a result.
Compensation for Value
You only have to compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the quality, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
