Shipping Area

Shipping is currently available exclusively within Germany. Delivery is always insured with a shipping service provider selected by us (e.g., DHL or Hermes).

International orders are possible upon request. Please contact us before purchasing so that we can individually coordinate shipping, delivery times, and other details.

Shipping Costs

Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €7.49 for orders up to a value of €300. Shipping is always insured.

For orders with a value of €300 or more, shipping within Germany is free and insured.

For international orders, shipping costs are calculated individually and agreed upon in advance.

Delivery Time

Delivery time within Germany is generally 2–5 business days from receipt of payment, unless otherwise specified in the respective offer.

International delivery times may vary and will be individually coordinated in advance.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with all relevant tracking information.
